Hi! I'm a single mom to a wonderful little boy, feline advocate, full-time geek, and lover of etymology and genealogy. When I'm not working or with family, you'll find me either in a video game with friends or absorbed in a rabbit hole concept that I'm researching – possibly crafting or playing with graphics if I'm in a creative mood.
My background is a licensed professional counselor, and I am a certified life coach. In addition to my doctorate degree in psychology, I hold a master of arts degree in community counseling. I’ve worked this path since 1998. I help people in the gap between thriving and surviving. Our existence is in our being; we are all in the process of becoming who we will be. My mission is to support you on your journey to being yourself.
